Piste Hosting

Our piste hosts are looking forward to showing you around the slopes. Because they are skiing there all the time they know what pistes are in the best condition. They also know the best restaurants and coffee stops. There is no need for you to wrestle with piste maps and discover the resort by trial and error, just relax and let them show you where the best places to ski are.

Our piste hosting service is very flexible. Usually we put small groups of guests together who ski compatibly, but if you are a group of friends who just want to ski on your own then we can arrange that too. On other occasions it may be that some of the more adventurous of the party want to take a guide to ski off piste, then our piste hosts will be there to ski with those who want a more leisurely day and can co-ordinate with the guide to make sure that everyone meets up for lunch. Essentially, our piste hosts are there to make sure you have a lovely day on the slopes and can adapt to whatever the requirements.

We are delighted to be able to provide a ski hosting service for our guests. However, in order that everyone gets the most enjoyment out of this you should be aware of the following:

• The ski hosting service is not suitable for beginners and to participate you should be confident skiing red runs or better.
• PT Ski reps are not instructors and nor are they mountain guides.  As such they are not allowed to teach or take you off piste, so we please request that you do not ask them to do so.

We will look to offer this service at least three times in a one week holiday and this will be organised by our team in Klosters.
