The snow is falling and winter is just around the corner so we are now turning our thoughts to being back in Klosters very soon!
The Parsenn on the Davos side is due to open in mid-November at weekends for those first lucky skiers to start their winter season, with the rest of the area opening up a couple of weeks later. Our first guests are arriving from Friday 16th December and we can't wait to see everyone again!
Our guests will notice that there has been a little update on the Gotschna cable car in recognition of our new King!
In the village we are pleased to report that the popular Sonne will be re-opening after a couple of years. Jorg and Anja Walter, who many of our guests will remember from the Mungga Hutte (and, of course, their dog Ice) are coming down the mountain and look forward to returning the restaurant to its classic traditional style. We wish them the best of luck and look forward to many good dinners there.
The owner of the Chesa Grischuna, Barbara Guler, is sadly moving onto pastures new after carrying on her parents' legacy for the last 25 years and we look forward to meeting the new owners and for our guests to continue enjoying the beautiful hotel.
